Holiday Fine Art Show and Sale

Ring in the Holiday Season at Glastonbury Arts 6th Annual Holiday Art Show and Sale. This exhibition is a jewel box of an art, featuring exceptional original representational and abstract art at the Riverfront Community Center in Glastonbury on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15, from 11 am to 5 pm both days. The diverse selection of styles and subject matter that will be on display offers something to fit the most artistic taste and budget.

The twenty-five artists invited to participate in this two-day show are selected for the top-notch caliber of their artistry, artists who have been recognized for the high quality of their work, regionally and nationally, and who are eager to show and sell their most recent creations to an appreciative audience.

“The secret to the show’s success is the high quality of art work exhibited for sale,” says Glastonbury Arts new co-Presidents Carol Ahlschlager and Richard Hoff, “and show visitors will find artists who are eager to engage with an appreciative audience.”

The show takes place in an inviting setting at the Riverfront Community Center, 300 Welles Street, conveniently located off the highway with loads of free parking. Admission to the show is free and there is tax-free shopping at the show. Everything about the event is designed to make the show a ‘must’ on everyone’s early holiday shopping agenda. A portion of show proceeds benefit the education and community enrichment programs of Glastonbury Arts and are tax-deductible.

The 6th Annual Holiday Art Exhibit and Sale is presented by Glastonbury Arts, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting art and enriching the lives of Glastonbury citizens and the regional community through art. Glastonbury Arts fulfills its mission through art exhibits, special events like the annual On the Green Show, and through art education workshops, lectures, and artist demonstrations.
