Class Registration and Payment Options: Students may register by regular mail, email, or phone.  Make all checks payable to Glastonbury Arts.  We also accept MasterCard and VISA.  Please enroll well in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Payment is due upon registration. The Glastonbury Arts does not prorate the course fee for missed classes.

Member Discounts:  Glastonbury Arts members receive a $10 discount on classes.  Join when you register for class and take immediate advantage of this member benefit.

Consider yourself confirmed:  You will hear from us only if the schedule changes or the class is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:  Students will be notified if a class is cancelled and the full class fee will be refunded.  No refunds will be given to students who voluntarily cancel.  If a student must cancel due to an emergency situation, the remaining fee may be applied toward another class or a gift certificate.

Inclement Weather – School Closing:  Glastonbury Arts closes for inclement weather when the Glastonbury School System is closed.  Contact us at (860) 659-1196 or info@glastonburyarts.org if in doubt. Class sessions which are not held due to inclement weather or instructor absence will be rescheduled.

Class sizes are small with usually no more than eight students in order to provide the individualized attention that allows each student to progress at his or her own pace.  Art supplies for children’s classes are provided by Glastonbury Arts and the cost of these supplies are incorporated into the class fee.

Adult students must provide their own art supplies.  Find materials lists for classes.

Serious teens who enroll in Adult Art Classes must provide their own art supplies.

No pets will be allowed in the building where the class is held or at any other site where a class is being held whether indoors or outdoors.  Smoking is prohibited in class.
